Our story

Harquinn Meats is a small South Australian family business and farm with a big heart and passion for providing the best quality produce direct from our farm to the consumer. 

We currently run around 5000 breeding ewes and buy in surplus lambs to turnover around 15000 lambs per year, this allows us to be able to offer produce year round.

Our stock is all antibiotic and hormone free and raised on pasture and finished on a Laucke pellet which is also a South Australian product to enable the highest consistent eating quality.
Livestock is our passion and we hold the highest animal welfare standards.

We sell a portion of our lambs to supermarket chains but want to provide a cheaper and more reliable higher quality option direct to consumers, cutting out the middle man.
The cost of living is rising rapidly and we hear all too often of people going without because funds simply can’t stretch that far. We want to support these people by offering something to suit every budget.

We understand that for some, buying a whole or even half an animal is not always an option. We can offer different payment options and are always open to selling smaller amounts to accommodate.
